Where can I find a taco time?

Lately I have been wanting a crisp bean burrito from taco time or something close to it but I have so far been unsuccessful in finding one in Charlotte.  Boo!  You have no idea how much I want one.
For Valentines Day Nick and Sean made us an amazin' dinner with amazing atmosphere!  It was awesome!!

Also...life has been good to us lately. I'm loving the warmer weather and loving this time in our lives to enjoy just being poor law students.  Lately I have realized that we have everything that we need and we have a lot of things we want too.  (even though our savings is slowly dwindling away).  I hope that one day when we start getting a real paycheck again that we can still live similar to how we are living now.  Don't get me wrong...having a new flat screen TV that doesn't make a high pitch noise all the time would be nice.  And being able to be confident Nick's car will start in the morning would be more comforting. And maybe ordering raspberry lemonade at a restaurant without feeling guilty would be fun.  :)  I just need to remember that you can be happy no matter your circumstances. And waiting for life to change or to have certain things won't ever get me anywhere.  I feel like this time in our lives has been one of our happiest.  I couldn't ask for more in our lives right now and the simpler the better which is how it is right now.

As far as Georgia--she is in the 50th percentiles for height, weight, and head at her 15 month appointment and she is saying all sorts of words and phrases.  I have a list on my phone of everything she says (because I need to report every week in speech therapy) and it is over 50 words.  She especially is good at saying words that she "wants" to say like:  outside, ice-cream, more, cookie, nana for banana, jacket (to go outside), binkie.  Some of my favorite ones that she says are "eyelash" and "eyebrow".  She finishes the last couple of words on each page of some of the books that we read.  And Nick's favorite is when we say "I love You", she says "I love Dada."  Really? That's not fair!  (which is why Nick is the designated poopy diaper changer these days).  I can't handle the smell lately.  Another funny thing she did was in church somebody over the pulpit said "heart" and she touched her heart over and over.  She was listening better than I was.  It was pretty funny.
