Anyway...when Georgia was about 4 months old I was at the grocery store and talking to Georgia about everything we were putting into the cart and this lady approached me and told me I could stop talking to my baby because she doesn't understand me anyway. Well..i wanted to punch her in the face ( well not really but kind of ha ha ). I just politely said "okay thanks." If I could only see that lady now and show her that Georgia was understanding me and all that talking helped her. Not only has she memorized most of her books but she is doing so well with speech and language. I am so proud of her and know this won't be a disadvantage for her. I don't say this to brag but to celebrate it because so many people tell me "how sad" it is that Georgia has hearing loss. And I just say ," no it's not sad! It's not sad at all. She is just like any other kid."
I also realized why I am so tired all the time. It's not because I'm having a baby in a couple months. It's because Georgia runs everywhere she goes. I seriously don't think I have ever seen her walk. At least I always know where she is in the house. Thump thump thump all day long.
She has been starting to sing songs. She can sing the ABC song all by herself and I Am a Child of God with a little help. And I Love to see the Temple. We had a picnic in front of the Bountiful temple the other day and Gigi was obsessed with the temple. So great to be back with the hubbs again! I sure missed him. He is too handsome to be away from for too long.
