"I want it"

November has seemed to fly by---I don't even know where it went! .

Georgia: She started preschool and loves is.  They have somebody come and pick her up and take her home.  She is gone from 8:30-3:00 p.m. It is normally for four days a week but her teacher says she doesn't need it four days a week so she is only doing it two days a week.  I went to pick her up early once and she told me she didn't want to go home with me but wanted to go home with her friends. She can't be growing up this fast? I want her to stay with me and just want to be with me forever.  She has told me that she wishes I could be little and go to preschool with her.

Lucy: She loves to say "All Mine" and "I want it".   Georgia asks her for things and she always says "No." She is just giving Georgia a piece of her own medicine. She loves the Taylor Swift song called "We are Never Ever Ever Getting Back Together." She was sick last month and I was singing her church songs like "Families Can Be Together Forever" and she requested "Ever Ever" (which is the Taylor Swift song) so I started singing it and it felt so so wrong after singing Families Can Be Together Forever.
Nick made me this bench in an afternoon! I was super impressed---just from scratch wood we had in our house. Yes--he is amazing.  I love it!
Georgia turned three and we went to the aquarium with my mom.  The new aquarium is amazing! I was super impressed

Georgia has been napping maybe 2 days of the week and when she does it is usually on her chair.

Lucy is obsessed with this doll--Nana!  Her hair was so cute before but now she got permed.  Nick pulled her out of the dryer and we were laughing so hard when we saw her hair. Dolls with fake hair don't belong in the dryer.

Before and After
First selfie!
First Day of Preschool
This is her preschool class eating lunch and her cute teacher!  They had a little birthday party on her birthday! Her best friend in the class is Emme and they have the same pink hearing aids.

We got to see cute Lincoln and Norah when Marci came to visit for the day!  We always love seeing them and it's a miracle--we actually got a good picture of the two of them.

We give Rogaine to Lucy!

Grandma Wirthlin and Leah and Georgia...just listening to Grandpa Bob's bible stories.
Georgia entered to win a coloring contest and won free dance lessons. So--she went and had A BLAST!  I loved watching her with all the kids doing dance moves.  It was in the same studio where I danced and it brought back tons of memories.  She just jumps right in with all the kids and doesn't hesitate.

Our first snow day!  She talked me into doing snow angels.

This little rascal makes me laugh!  She is so wild.
Grandpa Hatch with Georgia and Lucy on Thanksgiving doing "Shoe the Old Horse"

My Grandma Hatch does a cute tradition where she hands out ornaments stuffed with money. We went to the store on Friday and she wanted a toy and we told her she couldn't get it and she said, "Yes I can..I have $20 dollars."
Well--that's a rap for November! Life is Good! Even though it isn't easy all the time, we have so much to be grateful for.  We have everything we need and a house full of giggles and love! I love my family and when it comes down to it...that is what matters most in life.  I don't care about stuff or keeping up with the Jones'. I am grateful that after going through law school I could gain that perspective that material possessions don't make you happy. We were so happy in our townhouse and small budget.  We had everything we needed and having more doesn't make you happy!  It is who you are and the people you get to spend life with that matter.

Oh and a p.s. plug for our girls night out. We went to dinner and stayed at the Hyatt! It was so fun. I loved staying up all night and just acting like we were in junior high. Even though my swimsuit is ruined from the hot tub..it was well worth it.
